These mythical beings are often described as large, human-like creatures, commonly portrayed as mischievous, greedy, or foolish—though some legends depict them as clever or surprisingly kind. According to folklore, trolls prefer remote and hidden places, and many tales say that exposure to the first light of dawn turns them into stone.
Each figure is carefully handcrafted from felted Icelandic wool using traditional needle-felting techniques and made from 100% Icelandic sheep wool. Many designs are inspired by Icelandic mythology, folklore, and cultural traditions, bringing legendary creatures and characters to life in wool.
